CAPCSD is using ASHA's HIPAA-compliant service called CrowdPass to verify vaccinations. The online process is simple, secure, and should take only a couple of minutes. You must complete your CrowdPass verification prior to registering for the Board meeting since you will need a copy of your approval email from CrowdPass to upload with your registration. If you have already completed this process when registering for the ASHA conference, simply upload a copy of the verification you received. CrowdPass follows a thorough two-step verification process which may take up to 12 hours during busy times. Most verifications are completed within an hour or two, but please be patient if you do not receive your confirmation until the next day.
